Is it really free?
Absolutely!
We’ll inspect, clean, and lubricate your furnace to get it ready for winter. We’ll even change the air filter (provided you have a standard 1″ air filter). All completely free.
When we’re done, we’ll give you a detailed report of our findings.
If any repairs are needed based on our inspection, those would require a charge.
We’ll then provide an estimate which you’re free to approve or reject.
Should you not want to have your furnace fixed, we’ll part ways at absolutely no cost to you. At the very least, you’re system will get a free cleaning and a fresh air filter. It’s a risk free deal.
One recent free tune-up revealed a leak that would have poured lethal carbon monoxide into our client’s home had the issue gone undiscovered. Our free inspection helped keep their family safe this winter!
